• Planning risk responses and contingency plans
• Baselining the plan and introducing change control
• Managing status meetings, schedule updates, and issue and risk tracking
• Understanding execution, monitoring, and control processes
• Producing and reviewing project status reports
• Analysing progress against a baseline and taking corrective action
• Determining project readiness for closure and handover
